Welcome to the Old Cahaba Residential Association web site.
The Old Cahaba Residential Association was formed in 1998. The Association was formed for purposes to include: operation and maintenance of common areas (to include entrances, swimming pools, clubhouses, etc.), enforcement of covenants, and architectural control of improvements within the neighborhood. In general, the Association strives to protect the value of all property within Old Cahaba.
Our neighborhood is located on Highway 52 (Morgan Road) in Helena. We have many amenities to offer residents of the neighborhood. Just a few include two swimming pools, club house, tennis courts, and playground. The City of Helena's 30-acre Cahaba Lily Park, Intermediate School, and the new Middle School are nearby. We think you will agree that Old Cahaba is a wonderful place to call home.
